sabrina has been keeping her hair long for quite a while now. there is nothing wrong with hair; it is smooth and silky. the only problem is that she doesn't like to tie her hair up. she likes to wear it down. it gets messy when she's playing around and get all sweaty, her hair would be all over her face! not a very cute view. 

i asked her a few time whether or not she wants to cut her hair and she always refuse! but na ah darling we gotta chop those locks off..it is about time you have a short hair. 

yes i miss those curly locks too. 

she looks a bit too matured for her age (4 years old) with long hair, no? so sopan santun look so ayu. so....princess-y.


but i guessed it is time to get it short before it gets too long and she gets too comfy with her hair. plus she's getting more active nowadays and long hair gets in her way when she's playing. and she looked too matured for her age with her long hair. so with her mama's permission (of cos la kena mintak permission.bukan anak aku suka2 hati nak bawak potong rambut) i took her out to the saloon.

but it was not easy. she almost cried when i told her we are going to the saloon to cut her hair. but after a few promises and deals (vitagen/chocolate/happy meal)....me finally succeeded to get her hair cut. WITHOUT A SHEDDING A SINGLE TEAR OR HAVING TO DRAG HER TO THE SALOON'S CHAIR!. bravo bravo *please give some clap*



the finished product! asked the hair stylist to give her a bob-cut but since her hair is not thick enough this should do it. most importantly her mama approves.


...and she now looks a bit like dora the explorer kid. no more princess-y sopan santun ayu look...now she's carrying the fun-giddy fearless outgoing girl look :)
